Stinger Hockey Stick Wax

Wax increases the life of the tape and ultimately your stick by preventing water from settling on the tape. The tack added to your stick makes handling the puck easy, allowing you to advance your skills. From toe drags to backhand toe drags to “The Michigan,” our wax helps keep the puck on the blade. As stick technology advances and stick flexes drop lower, the wax ensures puck contact remains throughout loading the stick flex.

Knox and Roman played a huge role in every step of developing Stinger Wax. Their initial idea of utilizing pure beeswax failed, and they had to work together through several rounds of trial and error before finally creating the product you love. 

Our wax is (and always will be) handmade using a blend of soft microcrystalline and Pennsylvania beeswax.
